A: Please note that the return of products will only be accepted at our office located at 31 Toh Guan Road East #05-10, 608608. We recommend that you package the product(s) securely to prevent any damage during transit. We also suggest that you use a shipping method with tracking to ensure that your return arrives at our office. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will process your refund according to our return policy.

Our team will process your refund once we receive the returned item, and you can place a new order for the replacement item at any time.


Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?

A: We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
