Refund policy
At Overall Wellness Hub, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience when shopping with us. As part of that commitment, we offer a 7-day return policy for most of our products. This means that you have seven days from the date of receipt to request a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused or unworn, and in its original packaging.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included with the item.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
To initiate a 7-day return, please send an email to overallwellnesshub@gmail.com or message us (+65 9233 1893) stating your intent to return the product(s) you purchased. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.
If your return is accepted, you will receive further instructions on how to return the product(s). Please note that the return of products will only be accepted at our office located at 31 Toh Guan Road East #05-10, 608608.
We recommend that you package the product(s) securely to prevent any damage during transit. We also suggest that you use a shipping method with tracking to ensure that your return arrives at our office. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will process your refund according to our return policy.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Please note that you must contact us within 7 days of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain types of items that cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or practical reasons. These include but are not limited to perishable goods (such as food and used cartridges), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your item for return.
Sale Items and Gift Cards:
Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item. Our team will process your refund once we receive the returned item, and you can place a new order for the replacement item at any time.
Refunds:
We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Return Shipping:
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your returned item.
